Content Real estate broker members of the Northwest MLS are still optimistic, even though the data shows slower activity in the housing market. Many real estate professionals cite Western Washington State’s projected population growth combined with steady job creation numbers as still providing a demand for median priced homes and condominiums. The strongest demand for homes is still near job creation centers and shorter commute times. This activity is helping to provide stability in the Puget Sound regions real estate market.
