Content The Northwest MLS, which serves real estate brokers in central and western Washington State, reported data for October, 2007 which indicates that four counties in the Puget Sound region, King County, Kitsap County, Pierce County and Snohomish County, had price appreciation in single family homes and condominiums of approximately 1.3 percent over one year ago. The increase in the average closed sale price was $344,250, up from $339,950.
