Title Fewer New Listings of Homes & Condominiums Added - October 2007 - Washington State Real Estate

Content The Northwest MLS, which represents real estate brokers in central and western Washington State, including the greater Puget Sound area, added 11,785 new home and condo listings in October, 2007. This addition to the available inventory was the lowest since February, 2007. The total number of single family home and condominium active listings for sale in the NWMLS for October, 2007 was 47,381. This figure is still approximately 31% higher than one year ago.
